Thoughts about the upcoming lunar eclipse by Norma Gentile:
Although the upcoming Lunar Eclipse (Wed, Nov 28) has been given almost no media attention, it is quite possibly the tiny giant of recent eclipses. It is the equivalent of those ripples of movement seen on the surface of the water when a dolphin or whale is moving quickly beneath. The quantity of force and motion occurring deep within the water is not apparent. Gentle ripples are all that are visible to those watching. You only know what is actually happening after you see the whale or dolphin breach the water’s surface.
This upcoming Lunar Eclipse signals the first visible ripples of a new cycle which is already flowing strongly within the emotional realm of humanity. It portends our experiencing, repeatedly, significant large-scale events. Each event offers humanity an opportunity to explore and heal an emotional issue. These emotional issues have been held until now within the physical Earth on behalf of humanity. In order to complete her own vibrational shift the Earth will release many of these long held emotional patterns. As this happens, the emotional patterns move into our shared human subconsciousness. We ourselves then trigger a world event in order to understand and transform the energy that was released by the Earth.
The particular series of waves we are working with now relates to distinctions we create to define Them and Us. Distinctions such as race, religion, ethnicity, money (class status), education (hands-on or theoretical), gay or straight, married or single have historically defined Us and Them. How will each of us define ourselves, and how we relate to those expressing a different aspect of Spirit?

“Seven Sacred Weeks” is a radiation governed by a mighty Divine Dispensation and granted to the Earth from the Ascended Master Realms and is overseen by the “Great Divine Director” who is the Great Cosmic Being who governs our System of Worlds. This Divine Intervention of the Great Divine Director is part of the intervening Cosmic Light Rays outpouring to the Earth at this time. Divine Purpose:This intervention creates a window between our 3rd Dimensional Octave and the Ascended Master Realms. It is a portal in the fabric of time in which the great cosmic signature of some of the Ascended Host of our race, Angels and Great Cosmic Beings pour Their Light and Love and Hearts Flames deeply into our consciousness. Through the power of our attention, we may receive their gifts of support, activity of the Sacred Fire, the attainment of Their own ascension and Their all enveloping magnetic love.
They are here to teach us how to communicate with the greater aspect of our True Self ‘I AM’ and to expand the activity of the Sacred Fire of Purity and Divine Love in our lives. The Sacred Fire is used to liberate ourselves from the human duality consciousness and to pierce the veils of limited human perception, especially the false belief of good versus evil. This will continue to allow the consciousness of the Higher Mental Body, the illumined Christ Mind to integrate as part of our new divine blueprint of Intelligent Creator Beings.
For 49 days during the energy filled holiday season and our passage into 2013, may we acknowledge and receive this immense gift by placing daily focus upon the designated Ascended Being of the day. We are invoking their Divine Signature and Ascended Master Radiation to pour in, through and around ourselves, our loved ones, our groups, communities, cities, nations and world.
When we put our body to sleep, we may also ask our Higher Mental Body to take us to the Temple of Light of the Ascended Master of the day, to receive Their great love and blessings and bring this gift back into our physical being to support us in every aspect of our daily lives. What Is The Violet Flame and How Can It Help You?

Have you heard about the Violet Flame or Purple Great Fire as the Aboriginals call it? This is a frequency of energy, vibration, and consciousness that is flowing into the mental and emotional strata of Earth through the all-encompassing Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God. This Gift of Sacred Fire is flowing in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth and it has the amazing ability to transmute into Light the negativity that is being pushed to the surface in our individual lives and in the lives of people who are suffering all over the world.
The catch is, that in order for this powerful Gift of Light to accomplish this mission the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth must give it permission to do so. We have the gift of free will, and through the misuse of our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs we have either deliberately or inadvertently created the maladies existing on Earth. This means that you and I and every other person on Earth are responsible for transmuting the pain and suffering we have created throughout our various Earthly sojourns.
The Universal Law is, “The Call for assistance must come from the realm where the assistance is needed.” Our God Parents and the Company of Heaven cannot just wave a wand and transmute our human miscreations back into Light. However, if the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth invoke the Violet Flame and ask that Sacred Fire to transmute into Light every thought, word, action, feeling, or belief we have ever expressed, in any time frame or dimension that has contributed to the pain and suffering on Earth, the Floodgates of Heaven will open in response to our heartfelt pleas.
The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that in this year of 2012, through the unified efforts of awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we have reached a critical mass of collective consciousness that is allowing the Earth to receive higher and infinitely more powerful frequencies of the Violet Flame than we have ever been able to withstand. This Sacred Fire is known in the Realms of Cause as the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection.
The Company of Heaven said this frequency of the Violet Flame has the ability to transmute lifetimes worth of our misqualified energy in “the twinkling of an eye.” That is wonderful, because we are in the midst of the greatest purging and cleansing process the world has ever known. As Humanity awakens and the Light of God increases on Earth, everything that conflicts with God’s Light is being pushed to the surface to be healed and transmuted back into Light. Even the inclement weather conditions are a reflection of Humanity’s consciousness and are designed by the Elemental Kingdom to purge the body of Mother Earth of the atrocities Humanity has inflicted upon her through ignorance, greed, and the appalling abuse of power.
I know it sounds too good to be true that there is actually a Gift of Sacred Fire flowing from the Heart of our Father-Mother God that will transmute the pain and suffering on Earth “in the twinkling of an eye,” but it is true. Fortunately, in order to benefit from the Violet Flame you do not have to fully comprehend or even accept that the Violet Flame is real. All you have to do is think of it as a possibility, then ask your I AM Presence to utilize the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection to transmute everything that is causing pain and suffering in your life, in the lives of Humanity, or in the experience of any other facet of Life on Earth. The Violet Flame is scientific to the letter, and it will respond instantly to the invocation of every person’s I AM Presence. This is true regardless of whether or not you fully accept the reality of the Violet Flame through your lower human consciousness. I promise you that by invoking this new frequency of the Violet Flame through your I AM Presence on a daily basis, you will transform your life into what you want it to be. In Truth, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by experimenting with this Gift of Light from our Father-Mother God.
I would like to share with you what the Company of Heaven has revealed to us about this new frequency of the Violet Flame. Hopefully, this will help you comprehend the magnitude of this opportunity and what this frequency of the Violet Flame can do to help you heal the painful things that are surfacing in your life.
The NEW 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame will quickly transmute the human miscreations that are causing the pain and suffering on Earth. It will also pave the way for the tangible manifestation of the patterns of perfection for our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love.
The Violet Flame is the most powerful frequency of Transmutation available to Humanity and Mother Earth at this time. This Sacred Fire is the perfect balance of the Outbreath of our Father God, the sapphire blue Flame of Divine Will, Power, and Authority, and the Inbreath of our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, which reflects the crystalline pink Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love, Adoration, and Reverence for Life. When the Outbreath and the Inbreath of our God Parents merge into one rhythmic pulsation, a Violet Flame of unfathomable power and might is birthed into existence.
The Ascended Master Saint Germain has been instrumental in bringing the knowledge of the Violet Flame to the conscious minds of Humanity. In the Heavenly Realms, he is known as the Son of Freedom, and he has volunteered to sustain the Violet Flame on Earth for the benefit of all Life evolving here. In his exalted service in the Heart of our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God—The Cosmic I AM—All That Is—he is the Keeper of the Violet Flame. In this octave of Divine Service, Saint Germain sustains this gift from our Father-Mother God for all of the Sons and Daughters of God throughout the Universe.
During this critical time on Planet Earth, Saint Germain is working with the support of the entire Company of Heaven. Every Adept, Avatar, Buddha, Saint, and Christed Being that has ever walked the Earth is helping Saint Germain in his endeavor to assist Mother Earth and all Life evolving upon her to Ascend into the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of infinite physical perfection. In addition to that Divine Intervention, the Legions of Light from Suns beyond Suns and Galaxies beyond Galaxies throughout the whole of Creation are focusing their Love and assistance on this blessed planet. Never have the Children of God received as much help from On High as we are receiving during this Cosmic Moment.
In 1936, Saint Germain began revealing information about the Violet Flame to awakening Humanity. At that time, even the Lightworkers were able to withstand only the most gentle frequencies of this Sacred Fire. Saint Germain started by teaching Lightworkers how to use the Violet Flame’s gentle qualities of mercy, compassion, and forgiveness. As time progressed, Lightworkers learned to use the frequencies of transmutation and purification. Eventually the Violet Flame frequencies of justice, liberty, freedom, opportunity, and victory became known to us. As we developed the ability to withstand greater Light, we learned how to use the rhythm and Divine Ceremony of the Violet Flame.
The more proficient Lightworkers became in utilizing the gifts of the Violet Flame, the more Saint Germain and the Beings of Light associated with this Sacred Fire were able to help the masses of Humanity lift above our humanly created effluvia. This effluvia was the shroud of darkness that disconnected us from our I AM Presence and prevented us from communicating with the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth. For over seven decades Lightworkers around the world have been invoking the Violet Flame, slowly and steadily clearing the way for the awakening that is now taking place within the hearts and minds of people everywhere.
Due to the incredible changes that have successfully taken place within Humanity’s Earthly bodies over the past several years, we are now capable of assimilating higher frequencies of the Violet Flame than ever before. During the month of May this year, 2012, Saint Germain in unison with the Legions of Light throughout Infinity who are associated with the Violet Flame, magnetized from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God the most intensified 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame that Humanity and Mother Earth are capable of withstanding.
The Beings of Light breathed this unprecedented frequency of the Violet Flame into the Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God and it is now flowing in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth. The Divine Intelligence within this Sacred Fire is patiently awaiting the opportunity to transmute Humanity’s miscreations and every malady existing on Earth back into Light. Our Father-Mother God have assured us that each time we invoke this new 5th-Dimensional Solar frequency of the Violet Flame through our I AM Presence, it will expand exponentially. This will allow us to quickly transmute the negativity that is being pushed to the surface all over the world. Saint Germain has assured us that this greatly empowered 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame will accelerate the awakening taking place on the planet and catapult Humanity up the Spiral of Evolution into frequencies of harmony and balance beyond anything we have ever experienced.
When we invoke the Violet Flame through our I AM Presence, we give permission for this Sacred Fire to enter our lives. The Violet Flame then flows through our Silver Cord into our Crown Chakra, then it descends into the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in our heart. When the Violet Fire enters our Heart Flame, it is stamped with our unique, individual electronic Light pattern. After that is accomplished, it awaits direction from our I AM Presence.
For example, if we are interested in transmuting the obsolete patterns of poverty consciousness that we developed over many lifetimes through our belief in lack and limitation, we simply ask the Violet Flame to accomplish that goal. This can be done through a simple invocation. For example:
“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects poverty consciousness or lack and limitation of any kind.”
With that invocation, the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame immediately goes into action. It blazes forth from our Heart Flame, stamped with our own electronic Light pattern. It travels through the atmosphere of Earth and expands out into the Universe. On its journey, it seeks out and magnetizes to itself every electron of energy vibrating with a frequency of poverty, lack, or limitation that is stamped with the same electronic Light pattern.
No matter how dense the frequency of poverty is that cloaks the energy we misqualified during our many lifetimes, there is still a core of purity in every electron that contains its original Divine Potential. This means that within every electron manifesting as poverty there is still, pulsating within its core, the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance. Within every electron manifesting as hatred there is still the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Love. Within every electron of war there is still the Divine Potential of Eternal Peace. Within every electron of disease there is still the Divine Potential of Vibrant Health.
Once the Violet Flame engulfs the misqualified energy that is stamped with our electronic Light pattern, it penetrates into the core of purity in each electron and activates the Divine Potential that is encoded there. As the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance is activated within every electron of our poverty consciousness, the atomic and subatomic particles and waves within the electrons begin to spin more rapidly on their axis. The centrifugal force of this acceleration casts the dark frequencies of poverty, lack, and limitation into the Violet Flame. The Violet Fire instantly consumes the frequencies of poverty and transmutes them back into the frequency of God’s Infinite Abundance.
When the transmuting process feels complete, we must then ask our I AM Presence to fill the void where the frequencies of poverty existed with the patterns of perfection from our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love.
The Violet Flame can transmute anything we want to heal or transform in our individual lives or on the planet. It can transmute back into Light anything that is not reflecting the love, harmony, and balance of Heaven on Earth. All we have to do is invoke the Violet Flame into action through our I AM Presence.
When invoking the Violet Flame, we can work on specific issues in our lives, tackle global problems, or create an invocation that covers the gamut of problems manifesting on Earth. In that case, we can use the invocation as a mantra and be an instrument of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame any time and any place. For example, a simple invocation might be:
“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief Humanity and I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects anything less than the infinite perfection of God’s Divine Love.”
By memorizing a simple affirmation like this, we can say it frequently throughout the day. Then we will be a constant force of the Violet Flame wherever we are and whatever we are doing.
Occasionally, people invoke the Violet Flame without seeing the results in the outer world as quickly as they would like to see them. This gives them the erroneous impression that the Violet Flame is not working. That is never the case! The Violet Flame is a gift of Divine Light that works scientifically to the letter each and every time it is invoked by the I AM Presence. The moment you reach a critical mass of the Violet Flame in your Life there will be an unstoppable shift and whatever you are invoking will manifest in your life. The Key is to “Keep on keeping on!” The Violet Flame is infinitely more powerful than the fragmented, fear-based miscreations of your past. Remember, you have the ability to transmute hundreds of lifetimes worth of negativity “in the twinkling of an eye.” Know that the Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and YOU are that Light.

The Importance Of The Sunby Mona Delfino at Sacred Reconnections A few months ago I heard of a gathering called “The SEED Conference” that was to take place from September 13th through the 17th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Conference would be having 34 speakers in four days, so I jumped at the opportunity to go. This conference turned out to be much more than anyone would have or could have imagined. Attending and speaking were Shamans from the Yucatan, Peru, and New Zealand; the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers; Hopi elders, and many more fabulous people such as Gregg Braden, Marianne Williamson, and Barbara Marx Hubbard. The Seed Foundation is part of the Wisdom Keepers organization. Since we are in 2012 and heading into December 21st very quickly, the gathering of these world leaders and teachers was not only profound and timely but also extremely crucial. Coming all the way from Peru was Don Alejandro and his wife, Elizabeth. Don is a chosen Mayan leader and teacher of the Mayan people and the Calendar. His words during this event were simple, loving, and very true for everyone today living and understanding the way of simplicity. He wanted people to understand values in life and the importance of loving one another. Mostly, he shared that pollution and corruption were the worst things happening right now. He mentioned that we are at the end of the 5th Sun cycle, which happens every 26,000 years. Now we must understand that the Sun is not an enemy, but a friend that brings the Earth vital energy, as it does our bodies and our own vitality. Coming from fear is only due to lack of knowledge. He made it clear that the Mayans are giving us information, not predicting the end of the world. He said that the family is the unit of oneness, and we must see each other as that family. This in turn will reflect into the Earth itself, and we can live the way we have always been meant to. Don Alejandro was simple and direct in delivering this message. Ac Tah was another Indigenous teacher from the Yucatan. I felt his message was the most important to all. Here is what Ac Tah had to say: “I am 100 percent Indigenous from my land. This is how we see the modern people. A cellular phone is like a two or three year old baby with a large knife in his hand. Instead of using technology to expand and enjoy consciousness more, we have used it for the opposite. At this point, we should be able to travel from one Galaxy to another, not from one job to the next! And so looking how advanced we are in technology, why does this not happen? The answer is that the modern world has separated itself from the ancient wisdom. Many people, especially in Mexico, want to return to the ancient wisdom. They want to say NO to technology. They begin to cultivate the Earth, and to live in houses without electricity. However, this isn’t moving forward, either. Actually, we can combine both things. We can use technology to be kinder to the Earth. Even the Mayan people use a lot of technology. All of the cities and the archaeology zones you’ve seen, like Chichen Itza, are particle accelerators. Many people do not know how this works. Scientists have been doing research and research and research, but they never ask the Mayans! They only suppose how it works. They think we just climb up and worship the Sun. They thought women would climb up, and we would tear their hearts out. These are great fantasies. In truth, these sites are particle accelerators. We know that the Sun affects our bodies, and when there is a large amount of energy from the Sun, our production changes. Right now, our production is very limited. Why? Because it depends on our eyes. If there was more energy on the Earth, the center of our eyes would open more. We would realize that there were no empty places on the planet. The space that is in between me and you, from your perspective, it is empty. If you put on x-ray vision glasses, you would see that there is energy between us, and that there are no empty spaces anywhere on this Earth. Actually, it is the concentration of energy that lets our bodies become hard. The energy between us is also matter; it’s just that the vibration is different. We have known this for a very long time. |

Today, the Sun has increased its vibration, and for this reason, many people are experiencing many perceptions. There are people who see angels. They have visions, and some smell aromas. They are connecting themselves to another world. This is what doctors call “schizophrenia.” In true reality, that’s not true. This is a new perception we are experiencing. For this reason, it is very important to realize a change in perception.
What do we do? Do we return to ancestral rituals or do we remain with technology? The young ones love technology. This is a way to communicate throughout the entire world. If you do not love technology, you become forgotten in today’s world. But the young ones are also interested in what the elders are saying. I figured out a way for the young ones to interact on all levels. You take the wisdom of the ancestors and combine it with technology. Everything that you observe on this planet in technology has been done before. There is nothing new on this planet. The only thing that hasn’t been done before is learning how to live in peace. We have lived for thousands of years without peace. We are always struggling with one another. If I’m better than you, where my borders are, if I’m taller than you…We are always competing. We become better people when we absorb knowledge from each other. We see different visions. This is how we cooperate. Everything has sound and generates a frequency. The drums, maracas, animals all have a frequency. We listen better when we observe. Every technological element is a copy of nature. Our body is energy and generates sound and vibration. We can generate the Solar energy. If you want to generate a great change, you can’t do it if you’re sick. You can’t do it if you’re depressed. You have to have enough energy to generate this great change in consciousness. But how do we generate ourselves with this energy? You should be able to wake up every morning with joy. The Sun is blocked right now. Between our bodies and the Sun there’s a block. TV and radio waves block the Sun’s energy. The majority of the sunshine comes from the Earth back to the clouds. We can generate this energy by using the wisdom of our ancestors. All the archaeology zones teach us that we have a mathematical system, a geometric form, and it has frequency and sound. When the wisdom of the Maya was ending, the knowledge expanded. It was brought to Asia and Europe. This knowledge was divided. We are now beginning to reintegrate it. Why? Because this is the way we recuperate our essence of God. The world will not change if we do not change ourselves. We all here at this conference are generating a frequency that has not existed before. We can’t continue to think that the world will end because your body moves all of reality. If you think about negativity, then something negative will happen. So what’s happening is that our old bodies are still generators of energy. But just prepare your body so that all of the energy we live focuses on the world we want to live in. That’s why we have used science so much as well as the ancestral wisdom. We need to balance our brains. Music is not just “Do re mi fa so.” We had hundreds of scales. When the musicians came to teach music to us, they said we didn’t know music. They gave us the five scales. Our brains disconnected from the knowledge. However, more of this is coming back through the creation of new instruments. Our music connects you to the total consciousness, amplifies your awareness, and then your body generates more energy.” The wisdom of the Shaman continues to teach us that we are all becoming free, and in that, our choices flourish through expression and creativity. We need not feed the fear. Rather, use this wisdom to become more in line by becoming our own particle accelerators. You will begin to experience strange thoughts or intimations
The field of divine Love enveloping Planet Earth is having an enormous effect on humanity. Its influence is irresistible and irreversible, and because of it you are all moving towards Love and away from fear.
Wars, terrorist attacks, criminal activity, and political activity in every field – international affairs, corporate, local, educational, health, religious, etc. – are all driven by fear, and have been for eons. Fear is so ingrained in humanity, in every nation, race, and culture, that it is very difficult to eradicate. Nevertheless, that is what you have been doing very slowly for a very long time, and in the last few decades your rate of progress has been accelerating.
Love is the divine force field, It is eternal, It is one, It is without opposite, It is that in which all that exists is incorporated and unified.
Fear is unnatural, unreal, an imaginary concept that you invented and about which you then made inordinate assumptions. You then used those assumptions to build belief systems that drove you into separation and confusion. Your belief in your unreal reality became very strong as a result of the suffering you experienced, and you found yourselves seemingly trapped in a hostile environment from which there seemed to be no exit.
Your beliefs in anything other than Love are groundless, and yet you continue attempting to maintain them. However, they are weakening rapidly now as the effects of the divine Love field enveloping the planet make it ever clearer that it is the old inflexible belief systems which are the root cause of all your problems. You have spent eons defending with your lives — and by destroying the lives of others — beliefs that have no basis in fact, but are merely the egoic opinions of those who live in fear and need some kind of comforter to prevent them falling into blind panic.
The Love field enveloping the planet is all pervasive, it is percolating the energy field of each individual human and making it part of itself. Many are feeling this happening and are experiencing it as strange moods and emotions, ones with which they are unfamiliar. Initially it is rather unsettling because they are accustomed to being and feeling wary, unsure, anxious, and this new energy is dissolving those sensations and replacing them with a sense of trust and safety — a feeling that all manner of things will be well. And of course it makes no sense because the environment around them appears unchanged, as unsafe and threatening as it has always been.
Because Reality is not composed of physical matter, but of limitless potential possibilities, it is very difficult for you to grasp the idea of it, except very vaguely. In fact while you remain wedded to the apparent reality of the illusion it is impossible for you to understand. The illusion is solid stuff, or so it seems to those experiencing it, but it is not, and your science has proved that. Nevertheless, you experience it that way, and your physical senses are unable to make sense of or understand the non-physicality which surrounds you and from which you built the illusion.
Your intuition does give you intimations of Reality when you do not shut it down in favor of “real,” physical stuff. Many of you have on occasion responded to your intuition and been amazed at the results, but then you dismiss those results as coincidences, oddities, inexplicable aberrations, and you move on with your lives. Every now and then you recall them and are puzzled by them, but they are disturbing for you because they seem so unaccountable and so you do not dwell on them.
With the divine energy field enfolding the planet with increasing intensity you will begin — if you have not already started — to experience strange thoughts or intimations that have never occurred to you before but that make complete sense to you. It will be a deep knowing, not an opinion or a belief but a knowing, something that has never felt surer to you. It will be loving and accepting, peaceful, inspiring — a vivid understanding that you are indeed a divine being and that all of humanity is like you and one with you. In that moment, unconditional Love will fill your heart for all sentient beings, completely indiscriminately.
At first it will be only momentary and it will shock you, but it will invigorate you with a new vitality or liveliness. Your perceptions will become brighter and that moment will be unforgettable. As the moment of your awakening approaches, these occurrences will become more frequent and the validity of your faith in God unshakable. When you pray, meditate, or just relax, intend to feel this newly alive life coursing through you and bring it into being. It is your destiny, and you have limitless help from the spiritual realms to assist you in doing so. And that is where you need to focus your attention and your energies.

When I first “woke” up in 1999, I first came into contact with Adama, an Ascended Master from Inner Earth. I was fortunate to find the Telos books by the late Canadian Aurelia Louise Jones (www.lemurianconnection.com) to help me understand about this unique experience and learn more about our Inner Earth neighbours. I had the fortunate opportunity to interview Aurelia Louise Jones on The Namaste Show a few years later. (I would also recommend reading “Earth: The Keys To The Living Library” by Barbara Marciniak to learn more about Earth history).
I used to do divine dictation every night before bed with Adama who shared his wisdom with me but sadly over the years have fallen away from the practice. I was happy to see this posting and am reminded of our powerful Earth Allies inside our beautiful planet that are here to help us.

When you lie down at night to go to sleep go to the healing temple and lie upon the crystalline bed and ask for healing on all levels while your body is sleeping. This way the time you spend in your bed will be well utilized. You do not even need to be present in your physical bodies for this to take place. So it is time well spent while the body is at rest. This is our advice to you. When you awaken in the morning, go to the crystalline vortex lake and waterfall and begin your day rejuvenating on all levels. We now wish to address something completely different. There have been many strange happenings taking place the last few weeks, many shifts and changes for everyone. A lot has been coming up to the surface to be released for the majority of humanity. These are the times we have talked about where people will need your advice, your helping hand through these difficult transitions. As you know through your own experience, when you are in the thick of it you cannot see the wood for the trees. All you need to do is be there for those in need of a friend to hold their hand and love them through their process. Just being present with your love is enough, helping them to stay with their process and offering them any assistance that might be beneficial. You will see that this is just the beginning, beloved ones, and more and more you will be required to be the peaceful pole in the midst of chaos. The energies present at this time are of a chaotic nature. It is designed to bring up and to the surface all that no longer serves you in the higher frequencies. So just remember to be compassionate and kind towards yourself and others. You are in this releasing mode. You may be the trigger that causes a burst to come forth from another. Do not take it personally and know you are serving one another and helping each other to clear unwanted and unnecessary clutter. From our perspective everything is running smoothly and according to plan. With this new gift that we have given you, it will assist all those who choose to accept it, to have an easier ride. As your heart beats more in unison with ours, our friendship will deepen and the spectrum of what we can share with you will be a lot broader and more varied.

Beloved ones, there is nowhere to go, nothing to do, but stay in your hearts. This is the key to your awakening into full consciousness. Sometimes no words are needed, just a loving presence. Cultivate the love and emanate your love consciously to all those around you. So set the intent on a daily basis to be the best that you can be. Shine your light and your love in a friendly manner with everyone you meet, strangers included. You will have a great effect on those around you. This is often enough and may be your purpose and why you are here.
You do not always need to be well known or glamorously performing in front of others to make a difference. Just be your loving self and relax and know that this is enough unless you are called to do more. It is often a simple act of kindness that makes the most difference in someone else’s life. So remember this and go about your days with intent and conscious friendly communication. Take the time to greet others. You will see, even if it’s only a smile it will make a difference and help them have a better day. You have no idea beloved ones how your sweet presence makes a difference in the lives of others. As we have said before, there are many pockets of divinely realized people and of those who have never forgotten their sacred cultures and beginnings. These pockets, even though hidden or obscured or reclusive at this time, are assisting each one in their own ways, and contributing and enormous amount to the progress of the Divine Plan. Law of Mother Earth – Radical New Conservation Law in Bolivia
Bolivia enshrines natural world’s rights with equal status for Mother EarthLaw of Mother Earth expected to prompt radical new conservation and social measures in South American nationBolivia is set to pass the world’s first laws granting all nature equal rights to humans. The Law of Mother Earth, now agreed by politicians and grassroots social groups, redefines the country’s rich mineral deposits as “blessings” and is expected to lead to radical new conservation and social measures to reduce pollution and control industry. The country, which has been pilloried by the US and Britain in the UN climate talks for demanding steep carbon emission cuts, will establish 11 new rights for nature. They include: the right to life and to exist; the right to continue vital cycles and processes free from human alteration; the right to pure water and clean air; the right to balance; the right not to be polluted; and the right to not have cellular structure modified or genetically altered. Controversially, it will also enshrine the right of nature “to not be affected by mega-infrastructure and development projects that affect the balance of ecosystems and the local inhabitant communities”. “It makes world history. Earth is the mother of all”, said Vice-President Alvaro García Linera. “It establishes a new relationship between man and nature, the harmony of which must be preserved as a guarantee of its regeneration.” The law, which is part of a complete restructuring of the Bolivian legal system following a change of constitution in 2009, has been heavily influenced by a resurgent indigenous Andean spiritual world view which places the environment and the earth deity known as the Pachamama at the centre of all life. Humans are considered equal to all other entities. But the abstract new laws are not expected to stop industry in its tracks. While it is not clear yet what actual protection the new rights will give in court to bugs, insects and ecosystems, the government is expected to establish a ministry of mother earth and to appoint an ombudsman. It is also committed to giving communities new legal powers to monitor and control polluting industries. Bolivia has long suffered from serious environmental problems from the mining of tin, silver, gold and other raw materials. “Existing laws are not strong enough,” said Undarico Pinto, leader of the 3.5m-strong Confederación Sindical Única de Trabajadores Campesinos de Bolivia, the biggest social movement, who helped draft the law. “It will make industry more transparent. It will allow people to regulate industry at national, regional and local levels.” Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca said Bolivia’s traditional indigenous respect for the Pachamama was vital to prevent climate change. “Our grandparents taught us that we belong to a big family of plants and animals. We believe that everything in the planet forms part of a big family. We indigenous people can contribute to solving the energy, climate, food and financial crises with our values,” he said. Little opposition is expected to the law being passed because President Evo Morales’s ruling party, the Movement Towards Socialism, enjoys a comfortable majority in both houses of parliament. However, the government must tread a fine line between increased regulation of companies and giving way to the powerful social movements who have pressed for the law. Bolivia earns $500m (£305m) a year from mining companies which provides nearly one third of the country’s foreign currency. In the indigenous philosophy, the Pachamama is a living being. The draft of the new law states: “She is sacred, fertile and the source of life that feeds and cares for all living beings in her womb. She is in permanent balance, harmony and communication with the cosmos. She is comprised of all ecosystems and living beings, and their self-organisation.” Ecuador, which also has powerful indigenous groups, has changed its constitution to give nature “the right to exist, persist, maintain and regenerate its vital cycles, structure, functions and its processes in evolution”.
