Just finished reading Sylvia Browne’s “The Mystic Traveller”.  It was a go(o)d summer read especially since it was only $5.99 at Singing Pebbles Books at 202A Main Street!

At the end of her book, Sylvia shared a piece of writing she wrote a few years back that really struck me as beautiful and poetic.  I re-write it here for you for your divine contemplation:

“Where are you going?” said my Soul.

“I’m going to where I please!” said my Willful Heart.

“Where are you going?” silently breathed my Soul.

“I am Intellect. I have things to learn and books to read,” said my Mind.

“Where are you going?” whispered my Soul.

“I have people to love and sunsets to see” said my Emotion.

“Where are you going?” again asked my Soul.

“I am the Body. I must excel in Life.” said my Body.

“But, dear Ones, I AM That which breathes with God.  All of these are no-thing until you bring them into harmony with Me.” answered my Soul so softly.
